Hyatt House

Lexin will develop Manhattan’s first HYATT house located at 815 Avenue of the Americas, on the northwest corner of 28th Street and Avenue of the Americas in the Flower District. In addition to the hotel, there will be an approximately 2,000-square foot corner retail space with entrance on the Avenue of the Americas available for rent.
